24 Attendees or less

·        6 hour time blocks

·        partial rental of back room

·        Room rental fee $150

·        includes beverages for each attendee

·        no food included

·        set up included if needed

·        clean up included

·        Only available during open hours (Saturday: 11-7pm and Sunday: 12-5pm)

Potential profit for $15 charge per person with 24 attendees = $210.00

Add $50.00 for crop nights (ie: 6-12am) to room rental

Add on $3 per attendee for food (Pizza and bread or salad)

We will try to accommodate for any last minute add-ons over the 24

25 or more Attendees

·        6 hour time block

·        entire back room rental

·        Room rental fee $275

·        includes beverages for each attendee

·        No food included

·        Set up included if needed

·        Clean up included

·        During open hours only (Saturday: 11-7pm and Sunday: 12-5pm)

Potential profit for $15 charge per person with 56 attendees = $565.00

Add on $3 per attendee for food (Pizza and bread or salad)

Add $50.00 for crop nights (ie: 6-12am) to room rental

12 Hour Crop Fees:

24 or less: Partial Room Rental with all above included $350. 

Potential Profit for charge of $35 per person = $490.00

25 or more: Total Room Rental with all above included $600. 

Potential Profit for charge of $35 per person = $1360.00

Reservations must be made in advance to secure day and time.  Credit card required for reservation.  Cancellations can be made to reservation until schedule is released.  Once schedule is released, if you should cancel, you will be charged 50% of room rental fee.
